Services
HFX Studios provides creative production services including but not limited to CGI advertising, 3D animation, motion graphics, visual effects, product visualization, and web experiences. All projects are governed by individual project proposals and agreements.
Project Agreements
Each project begins with a custom proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Changes to scope after approval may affect timeline and pricing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. HFX Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
Payment Terms
Standard payment structure: 50% advance before production begins, 50% upon delivery of final files. Custom payment schedules may be arranged for larger projects. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal (typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
